go to forum, scroll down util you see the forum you want to post on(examples:ancient fish,saltwater, bottomfeeders.). then click on it and look in the corner of the list of threads and click (+ new thread).

If you REALLY want a pond...
Look into "intex" pools, several people here have those as their solution to a pond. If you do this I would start off small and also have a grow out tank to grow your desired fish out before adding them. It will cost some money, you will need a nice sized dehumidifier, a really nice filter, a form of heating your pond/pool, back up plan in case of flood for your house/fish, several more things you need to consider.

Ive seen people get the pools from walmart ( not the blow up ones) The ones with the pbc border around it. they come with a filter aswell so you can make it fish friendly. its nice becease its only $100 so if you have to move you can take it with you and if its too much to handle then your only down $100 and you have a pool you can use.
and dont put up with DB's like that. hes just a sad kid trying to get his rocks off with messing with other people. youll see it alot not just on here but everywere.
