Does your lent have something wrong with its gills? Not sure if its just the timing of the pictures, but it looks like those gills are starting to curl. Could be paranoid, but wanted to point it out.

I don't think there is anything wrong with his gills, I just think it's the timing of the picture. It looks like he was breathing in the pictures so his gills are open. I appreciate your concern though! He does seem to have some HITH from his stay at the LFS which I'm sure will only improve with time and clean water(and no feeder fish!)

Oh yeah, once he gets nutritous food and crystal clean water that HITH will be gone in no time!

Has he started to eat any frozen foods? His belly looks a bit sunken from the last pictures, hopefully he'll start eating for your soon.

I actually sent him to a friend of mine(fellow MFKer) who has been looking for a lent for a while now. He arrived today and is doing well. He is going to post some pics of him later this week. He had not started eating before he left my care though. I'm sure he will start eating soon enough though.
