Opinions on my FH?

He's one of the petsmart flowerhorns sold as red texas. He's about 5.5" now and has quite a mean streak. I've had him since he was about 1.5". He is currently paired up with a BP and the two are getting ready to spawn. Does he have any kok potential? Is he a good quality FH worthy of reproducing? Thanks for any input!

He proably will not get a huge KOK but proably a little bump, he has great colors and if they are paired up then heck why not. I like him so in my opinion he's worthy

Thank you :) He is a colorful little guy. It will be fun to see what him and the BP produce. It seems like they have been prepping their spawning spot forever so hopefully any day now they will spawn. I'm glad he won't have a monster KOK lol

Ya he's mean too...he killed 4 fish in one night before I divided him, now anytime a small fish comes into his side of the tank he tries to kill them. Hopefully I'll be finishing my new fishroom soon so I can get him in a tank of his own. Good luck with your female!

Yeah she's the same way, tries to kill me to, I cant fix her decorations without her charging me and biting the hell out of me
