question bout my texas cichlid ( pic on here)

Hey i need help sexing and also determining if my texas is a green or a red it looks like a green but he is starting to get a red line on the tip of his dorsal fins. Its kinda got me thinking that he may be a red maybe just maybe but not sure anybody out there able to help me with this

Thats a Red Texas and buy the looks of it has a facial deformity.

Yea that is one reason i got him he has facial deformity to where his bottom lip extends his top lip i call him UGA. but it is a red texas how can you tell that it is a red texas so i will know how to tell the difference. ALso will the facial deformity be a problem in the future hes already running the tank at the size that he is right now.

Base color, pearling, and flowerline says Red Texas and not Carpintis. Too young to sex.
