Kaosu's New rescued goldfish! <3

ok..found an add on Craigslist for a 5 gallon tank and gold fish for 30$...I will not pay that much for a 5 gallon tank but I did not want the fish to go to a home who would keep it in the 5 gallon,

E-mailed the lady and asked if I could have the goldfish alone and she said yes!!

he was allot bigger than I thought he would be after growing up for the last year or so in a 5 gallon...lovely guy he is about 5 inches!
his fins show some ammonia burn one side is split and curled a bit but other than that he looks pretty good.

he is now in QT in my 17gallon column.

He's cool lookin! Good for you on the rescue! My grandma found a goldfish in a ditch runoff after a rainstorm once and brought it home and tried to save it. It had ich something fierce though and died. Good luck to you and the little guy!!

thank you everyone..always loved Goldies and just never have gotten around to getting another one..but i could not pass this guy up..now the question is once out of QT where will he go?..^_^

maybe he will summer in my outside 55.
