so i know there has been a couple of car threads floating around the lounge and im too lazy to go find em :D so i'll just start a new one. just a place were all you MFKers that are also car enthusiast to talk about cars, post pics, projects, etc. (please no posting on anything illegal like street racing as previous threads have been closed do to people bringing up and talking about certain topics.)

*also if you post pictures of your cars it would be nice to include any mods or any other information*

i'll start.

my car: 2003 Nissan 350z
mods: JWT intake and aftermarket wheels (Varrstoen Es2 18x9.5 +22 all around wrapped in 255/40F and 275/40R)
the cars also has 15% tint all windows except the front
future mods: lowering springs and possibly spacers for the rear for the wheels to sit more flush with the fender, CF air duct, and an exhaust. maybe a few other things but i havent made up my mind.

Cheers! hope you like the pic

Nice car I'll have to keep mine to myself but I'll tell you the make 05 infinity Japanese model..as for project cars I just got a 98 ford explorer Eddie Bauer edition 6cyl, stocked
The only things I have worked was new trans, new 04 ford explorer Eddie Bauer 6cyl engine.
Next will be add new interior, dnt like the color it has, change paint it's grey want black, lift it add custom bumpers and grills, tint back windows, custom lights both rear and front,no 22"s because I like original rims,
Add new wiring on stereo all cables are going to be "MONSTER" cables, 2 L7 kickers, followed by the new
Infinity Speakers(4 doors) So 2packs.my wife said why add an 04 motor on a 98 and to be honest I really like the body style;)

My father in law just sold his 69 gran Torino signed by George barris wich also added the white line like starky and hutch Torino ,really nice guy met him couple times now we have a 68 hemi dodge charger wich were working on first, everything will be original real muscle cars don't need mods ;) so yeah pretty busy

I have no mechanical exp, not yet lol....but handy none the he less.

Picked up a 1969 olds toronado from my friend, at a steal. The car was last driven 10 years ago. My friend had the engine and tranny rebuilt and failed at an attempt to paint it himself, after hard times the car sat in his yard for the past 8 to 10 years. I plan on attempting to restore this beast to is formal glory. Unfortunately the interior was destroyed by squirrels. My work is cut our for me.

i like those cars. the motor sounds nice even bone stock. runs a good 1/4 mile time right from the factory.
yeah i love the sound of my car even though its all stock haha. if anything when i choose an exhaust, i just wont a deaper tone and try and stay close to the factory sound. i still have to get my 1/4 mile time down, im only running 15.2, but i know i can get much faster.

but sounds like you have an awesome project on your hands, and man that gran torino sounded like an amazing car, one of my all time favorites.
