The majority of animal attacks on humans were 100% provoked by the Humans.
There are > 7 billion humans totally unsustainable with the resources of our planet. We are not close enough to terraforming planets in our solar system, nor are we near enough to intragalactic space travel to inhabit planets outside of our solar system.
We need to figure out how to control human population, not predator population.

I think it depends on the animal itself. Take a gator for instance, they strike out of pure natural reaction. Something like a grizzly however can learn to seek and hunt humans exclusively from habit. Some animals need to be prevented from acquiring a "taste" for humans.

In this case, the guy was pretty dumb for swimming in an area that he knew contained alligators while it was breeding & nesting season; that's just asking for Momma or Daddy gator to attack you! Also, 99% of the animals that happen to take a liking to eating people do so as a result of people wiping out said animals natural prey and/or habitat.
I think we should just stay out of there natural enviorment. We are building houses and stores and well building biuldings and we are going into there enviorment. If you waltch swamp wars, alligators are in plps back yaeds, Why, because they have nowhere else to go. Back in the days when we wherent building so much there where less attackts on eny person because they chose to go out on there own risk. its just like pitbulls, They are being kill, euthanizeing, the digs that are brought into that horrible enviroment and thats all they know how to do is try and kill. Thats there nautral why of life now. Ok if there was no perditory fish, just saying, they would be know 400g tanks and thins website. Thats taking away a lot if we just go out and kill them. I woulnt want to be killed for just chilling in my room. just like it said in the artical. he was swimming in a river invested with alligoters. If it was me i never would of put a toe in that water. now he was lucky that he only lost his arm and not his life. its not cool killing something thats trying to survive.
