Check with Jeff Rapps and Cichlid Connection. Email them both even if they're not listed, because they may have a big breeding male that they'll sell that's not listed.
There's other big mean fish that you could get, but for that size tank, a Dovii is going to be the absolute biggest and meanest. My last one made me real nervous to have my hand in the tank. And I've never seen another type of fish get so angry and slam itself into glass so hard. There's really nothing else like them.

if you want a big aggressive fish go salt and get a yellowhead eel (gymnothorax fimbriatus)...they are large, attractive, and can live in your 180

Not really into SW but thanks for the idea I had salt once and didnt really like it I'm looking into a dovii now

Even though he said a 180/265 gallon? Are you really going to suggest he gets a possible 3 foot fish? My vote is umbee, dovii, vieja, or other large ca/sa cichlid.

This is pretty old I already decide what I'm doing with the tank so it's all good guys thanks for your opinions

excuse me I must have skipped over that my apologies... I would actually go with a curupira planted tank in that case.
