That looks like normal poop to me.

It can't hurt to treat your puffer, whether he's healthy or not. But if you're going to treat, then do it with every meal, for 3-5 days. You can keep the shrimp in the medicated water in the fridge for about 3 days, before it starts going bad & just break off small pieces for him to eat.

How on earth do you "learn" to clip their teeth? I cant even clip my dogs toe nails -.-

Easy make sure you give them crunchy treats like snails clams mussels and crayfish but since mine is small jumbo mysis shrimp and pond snails do the trick

Oh so basically just feed them properly, hmm now I want one.. would a 75 g be good?

Correct ;)
For a fahaka?no they need atleast 150g
You can keep other puffers though like I'd say a Congo if you don't mind him bieng the only fish in the tank, hairy puffers, arrowhead, dwarf puffers

The only puffer (as far as i know) that requires physical dentistry is the SAP or South American Puffer, so i would avoid those if you don't feel like you would be comfortable having to clip a puffers teeth...

Yup, plenty of puffers to choose from regardless if you go Fresh or S/W... the only bracket that doesn't have many options i would say is the Brackish puffers, but otherwise, i'm sure you'll find one that you like otherwise, since they are all pretty personable except for possibly the lurkers... in which case its really hit or miss...
