Why do catholic candles belong in the Hispanic/Latino FOOD section?

I'm from Miami and I see it here all the time. Its the way the stores generalize things, messed up I know.

I don't find it offensive that it's in the Hispanic foods section. It's not a stereotype, it's knowing the demographics of your local customer base. Every store does it. I heard that the Walmart in my old town had live Mariachi on its grand opening day. You wouldn't see that in Kentucky. It's a demographic thing.

What I do find offensive however, is that they sell bible-thumper paraphernalia in a grocery store
