This is what we found after or 30 hour adventure getting home from Indy. Maybe I should feed my fish for 4 days more often because both pairs of festae spawned, the pindares tubes are also out.

When I first got them from senor peathenster they spawned in my 100 community in the first week, but killed 2 other brokos in the process. I've isolated them, but w/ my schedule I have been able to succesfully strip them of fry. My buddy Mike from 50 Fathoms is growing out some fry in a 300 gal pond at the moment. He's been giving me tips on stripping them.

Awesome. I'm going to try stop feeding my fish 4 days at a time, lol.

Can you cover the tank with something to keep it dark when you ge home in the morning? A lot easier when they are asleep.

Actually I usually don't use the light at all on that tank, but m girl turned them on to take video. I will definitely try that this time, but I have so many fish spawning at one time now...

Not yet, used to have pond on Patio at Hustler filled w/ centrals. 2 other DJs, 1 at each club I work at are fish freaks too. Makes it easy to get off for SELAS socials and conventions, lol.
