Let's see some pics of your fish room!

150g cichlids & arowana, 125g brackish, 35g hostpital (for now) and 10g empty. Not pictured, leaky 5g with crickets and 5g with feeder guppies. Looking for the funds to build a tank to cover the entire wall with the 150 and 125 for the aro.

Love it! I really want to set up a brackish, what are you stocking?

Edit: I love the laptop opened to MFK. I do the same thing!

Haha, MFK is my home page.

I have (all juvenile): 2 archer fish, 1 red 1 green 1 silver scat, 1 mono sebae, 1 mono argentus, 1 figure eight puffer (who doesn't nip fins which is unusual), 1 fiddler crab, and a "freshwater" moray eel.
Planning on adding 5 more mono argentus and removing the sebae, adding 3 more fiddler crabs, and the figure eight puffer's gonna have to go when I raise the salinity too high for him.
Keeping eyes open for a 300+ gallon tank on craigslist, but if I can't find one in the next two or three months I'm going to look at DIY building one out of plywood, or if I can't handle it I'll go make a withdrawal from the bank and buy a new one. Also I'm in the process of acclimating some lucky bamboo to BW and am going to plant that soon, along with some mangroves.
If I got to do it again I would have bought a green spotted puffer instead so I could keep him in there and not have to move him. I really like the shoaling behavior of all the fish in the tank; the scats are almost always together, the archer fish pair are close by at all times, and I'll soon be completing the school of monos.
Whenever friends of mine see the tank, they always compliment on how the archer fish spit and jump, and do more than just swim (clearly friends who don't keep fish). Sticking bloodworms to the glass or putting crickets on the driftwood above the water never gets old. The bigger archer fish occasionally spits the fiddler crab down from his perch on the wood too, which is hilarious! Certainly worth the tiny extra effort of mixing a little salt in the water.

Compliments on the plumbing on your tanks btw! Love the black aro. Great to not have to worry so much about drop eye huh?

I once had a room with multiple tanks, but now I got rid of them all for the 900 gallon lolx24.JPGx22.JPGphoto.JPG
