I've noticed the breeders in asia are selling them chipped and a certificate that's approved by cites proving they're F2f or later fish. If its a certificate certified by cites then there's really no reason we couldn't own one here in states. There's a few parrots that are cites listed but if they have certification that they're captive bred they're legal to own. Why would asian arows be any different?
