^what joe jaskot said. Just grab them as you see them and relocate them "over the hill" assuming you're in the country, otherwise a short drive may be in order. If you're worried about biting some garden gloves will do. Just make sure you know for sure they're garters. Just a heads up, I have some slate behind my garage and ringnecks always go under it. I usually flip 6 slates, and have 6+ ringnecks, and when I move them new ones move in within a few days so it may be a losing battle. You might just have to learn to live with them, they're good to have around. Try to snag some pictures if you can, it'd be pretty cool to see them. - N
