I need help on my baby Jaguar cichlid

Iv for 3 days and he hasn't eaten anything since he swims up and down it seems like she's hungry when I go to see him he takes off in the hides .I have a few baby convicts in there for him to eat he might have eatin afew but he really doesn't go after them WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Ive had jags take a week to eat. They just need time to adjust. This is common for some fish.

Exactly, just be patient...try small items like frozen mysis perhaps that will help
