Is my German ram pregnant?

Just got a female German ram yesterday, she is adult size or AT LEAST adult size whereas my male is only small - medium sized. The reason I think she is pregnant is that she seems quite big and her stomach is very red. Can anyone help me?

I do have a Really big piece of slate, just a few questions:

Will the other fish eat the eggs/fry? I have red phantom tetras, clown loaches and a pleco and I'll be getting 2 angelfish

Will she lay in a community tank?

MY RAMS ARE GETTING READY TO SPAWN!!!!

The female and male are rubbing against the gravel and they're chasing away other fish :) I didn't think they would pair AND spawn within a bit more than a day. I'm so exicted :D
 
I would definatly remove the pleco, they are notorius egg eaters. They will defend them from the other fish but its better to give them their own tank for the sake of the other fish

The only thing i could out the pleco into would be a breeding trap? :/
