PH question and EBJD breeding

Well...here's my little swarm!(plus a feeder goldfish from the pond that just HAD to be in the pic!)Lol...i'll start the death count now...Aug. 16, 2012----11 neon tetras added. 6pm, -0 neon tetras

Lol...no they only killed 1...the rest were hiding when I did my first count this morning. And unfortunately the "giant" danios at my lfs weren't much bigger than the neons but a couple $ more expensive.

Do you ever have any PH issues or hard water?
I was noticing the stones in your aquarium.
They look to be lime stone or sand stone.:confused:
This can inhibit breeding.
I would replace them with granite, or slate.
Maybe even a sand bottom.:D

Of coarse, I would wait to see what they do for now.
