I'm not saying do nothing about it. But noone can even agree on what causes drop eye to begin with. So how would you go about fixing something if you don't know the cause?
I didn't quote you saying cure. I used cure in quotation in the general sense that people say it can cure drop eye, just like it is said floating ping pong balls, or low fat diets, etc can cure it. No real evidence to back it up.
If this really helped your aro I'd invite you to post some pictures to prove me wrong. I'd love to be proved wrong on this.
I don't currently own any arowanas, in the past when I kept a silver it never developed drop eye, and was sold at roughly 16", so still a young one. Other than that I've owned an asian aro which never developed drop eye. I've had experience with other arows though, some of which started getting drop eye as early as 10".
