Im so excited! I came downstairs to check on them before I went to go get my girl from work and there was eggs all over! So I turned down the filter so they would stay on the slate. I got back from getting her and the male is fertilizing the eggs! What should I do! lol help! :nilly:
 
daaamn so jealous, my male beats on my female bad so been having trouble, Doesnt seem like you have this problem but did your male beat on female or was there a lot of aggression? Congrats.....

Actually my male beat on my female alot and still does he seems to want to be the gaurd he keeps her away from the eggs mostly. the thing to look for is how he is attacking her is he biting at her belly area? if so I belive that stimulates egg production but not sure but its rough she is very bruised up.
 
I think Im going to let them hatch the babies this time around if they can they are not aggressive with me and seem to trust me close to their eggs so I dont wana burn that trust by taking the eggs away unless you guys think I would be better off taking them out?
