Yeah, I figured it was because of a new commish. But then again, I'd assume all we would have needed to do was use the original league ID. Oh well, not a big deal. Thank you, wiggles, for running it this year.

Also, I'm capping the league at 16 participants (unless we have fewer people sign up) as any more participants than that will be too many to give everyone a fair chance.
