Help! Largemouth Bass injury/disease!

maybe a pimple or a peice of food.

lol a huge pimple. How can food be stuck for so long?? the lump is the same colour as the insides ofthe fish. geez, it's really bugging me.

Yesterday, the bass was in perfect shape yet today, one of the pectoral fins was bitten and bloody while the inside of the mouth had a lump. could it been fighting. But how can the lump not have blood?
 
how would a tumor be created? today i checked, it was a lump along the side of the mouth where the jaws begins. the colour is the same colour as the mouth's.

Yes he could have been fighting and then the stress lowered his immune system and he got the infection.
