Watchman Goby turning pale white ???

For some reason my supposed yellow watchman goby started with a small spot of white as seen on picture . Today he finally came came ut and he is almost pale white . Anyone familiar on what the problem might be . He has been in my tank for over 1 month and my current stock is 3 small damsel ,2 clown fish , and a pistol shrimp .[video=youtube_share;y8i18J6eMIc]http://youtu.be/y8i18J6eMIc[/video]

Can that be the case even if it's the only one in the tank ??? In other words since there is no male ???

I know some fish turn pale when they're stressed out, check your params.
