How would you rate the red on this Petsmart flowerhorn?

Thought Id ask MFK hybrid members about this flowerhorn before I pick him up. Is that more red than usual for a Petsmart flowerhorn? Does the red spread and/or get brighter? Forgive the blurriness, he wouldnt sit still.

i think the red looks great. I would pick this fish up, looks like it'll be nice when it gets bigger. Definitely don't see these at my petsmart. Btw, did you take this pic at petsmart? Last time i tried that the worker told me that I was not allowed to take pictures of the fish lol

it's all a gamble, it's a pk flowerhorn btw. If you look at the petsmart thread about them, there's been some really nice ones, but only time will tell.

That kamfa looks interesting, i have two females that look similar. Very trimacesque.

thats exactly what caught my eye. theyre usually not this red but sometimes i guess Petsmart gets some decent ones. yup i took them there. the lady who got my fish seemed like she didnt care too much for her job. if she would had said i cant take any pics id probably laugh at her.

he was the $26 FH. there was a smaller FH in the tank too so maybe he was displaying his dominance?
