if so many people are wanting money back in some cases $60k+ then i find it crazy that with that kind of money at stake you dont spend a few more K on a PI to find him and serve him
you should all start a face book page on how badly he has treated you and all sort out a PI to find him
rather than moan on a public forum about it all club in and do something about it
i know for a FACT that if i lost $60k + that i would be doing more than posting on a public forum
that said if he has declaired his company bankrupt i dont think you can do much about it but if you can prove he has carryed on trading after he has taken you money then you have a chance as the courts can take his car house and any other assets he owns to repay any outstanding money
i hope it all works out for you guys

i wouldnt count on it. if the company declaired bankruptcy but doesnt hold any aasets worth anything then there is nothing to get. this happens all the time. these rules are set up to protect the bankrupt parties not the people that get screwed. i dont think anyone is dumb enough to run this kind of money through a company with out an llc or corp. or something to protect there own assets. also in a bankruptcy all lenders banks and the sort get paid first if there is any money to be had.
I remember a guy from Malaysia posting on this board back around that time. But I thought it was for around 60 K. I also remember a guy about a year ago to year and half ago or so who lost 30K to Mike on rays not delivered. Thats when Mike posted saying he would take care of it and he was going through a bad stretch. Also when he dropped out and pulled his H2O vendor forum.
Not into facebook but will have to go check it out.
There are a lot others who wont post or pursue him for their own personal reasons for which I can totally understand.
I personally know someone who almost got scammed on a $14k order for some black rays. This guy is quite the character. We're not talking about some small time Aquabid seller scamming for $20-50 fish. This is SERIOUS money.

you trade for a few years with a few deals to build up a good rep then BANG hit people for the big yen

his rep is destroyed now so he has no chance of making money in this game under his own name but its very easy to start over under a new name so people should be careful of new sellers promising high end rays

Damned shame....this guy used to be a respected vendor here.I remember practically drooling over his photos of his fish.I don't think he is even a member or vendor on here anymore.
