It's cooked, So perfectly fine to store at room temp. I store in rubbermade bins with the tops on to keep the mice out.

Well, not sure how many pounds total but I spent a few hours making many bunches up, I didn't want to have to do it every weekend. If I had to guess I'd say 50lbs though. I was doing 4 trays at a time in the oven.cool, sounds like you made alot ,how much do you make at one time ?
im guessing this would be good for most all fish including my cichlid. i live by the beach so getting fish heatds and organs is super easy would that work? also blue gills are easy to catch i could just blend a whole blue gill up?
