This is not my choice; my mom has decided she wants one for her office. I am supposed to guide her through it but she does know the basics. So I was wondering what I should expect a biocube or nanocube 24g-29g used on craigslist with all equipment to cost (very good deal, I can wait months)? I have found a few for 200$-300$ and 1 24g nanocube w/stand for 75$ that my mom wasn't ready for... she really wants a yellow tang for it, can 1 work in a 29g for life? Or at least a long time? She was gonna do coral with it. Probably just basic corals though.

full setup that size should run like 300 to 400 depending on livestock and no yellow tang they need 75g and you need proper lighting do soft corals and make sure to ask any other questions especially when you get the setup and also probably before you get it post on here what it is

Ok, what saltwater fish would work for life in a 29g?

yellow tang in that small tank is like an oscar in a 30 gallon. they need alot of room. you can get some cool nano fish, go to liveaquaria, there is a nano section and alot of the fish are really pretty and hardy. clownfish, royal gramma, blue damsels, etc
