it was deleted with your duplicate post in the incorrect forum...
Seriously do you really have nothing better to do?
yes, I do have better things to do than re-type my posts. that's why I didn't. but since you're such a nice guy about it :footinmou
seriously :chillpill:
I've had the 3M version (colorquartz) in my SA tank for 6+ years and it's some good stuff. no barbell wear on my cories and kuhlis, good for plant roots, and no loss of color (black) in a mildly acidic tank. I have the smallest size, but I don't know how that compares to the estes. it's light enough that a buried airstone will push out a hollow in a day, but other than a small amount when I first put it in, it doesn't really float. with all the fish and snails digging around it pretty much levels itself out if I mound it up.

Ok well I didn't notice that you replied to my answer in the general discussion area. And I posted both because I wanted more answers. Better chances with two than one. And I have never had a post deleted from the general discussion board, I mean talking about sand is a general discussion. So sorry that the mods close my threads without me knowing. Usually when they close it I can still see it, it just has a lock next to it. So this is they first time they have closed it like this.
