You gotta be joking right?....Assuming you are not then that fish is a baby Tigrinus catfish and they can be quite expensive the bigger they are.

Im not joking me and the owner had no idea what kind of fish it is , he said he got it from his brother that got it from a lfs , this was the picture he sent me , do these fish get big? the biggest tank i have right now is a 125

HOLY! Get the fish! they cost 350 bucks for a 5 incher! You'll need PERFECT water conditions though.

Amazing how no one seemed to know what this catfish was exactly and how it got bounced around. It can grow up to two feet in length, maybe more if cared for properly.Your tank should be fine for now.

Damm I dont think im going to get this fish then cause itll out grow my tank and i wouldnt have a place for him , hopfully he finds a good home!

These cats reach about 27". Not too large compared to many of their cousins. And, as mentioned, these cats increase in value as they grow. You could grow it for a while then sell him off and have plenty of $ for replacement fish.

In stores maybe but vendors on here have sold them at that size for less than that amount..I do agree with the water requirements however.
