Got bored with my 120 sitting empty in my room. Was supposed to have a shipment of rare cichla last week, but the seller bailed.

So I did the next best thing. Bought a group of 12 cichla from the lfs.

Should have just got some azuls thru SA. NOw your just gonna have to sell those hybrids off..hahah!
 
Thanks guys, they werent really interested in bloodworms. So I am feeding them a mix of finely chopped tilapia, crushed massivore, and vitachem. Plan is to fatten them up a bit, then wean them onto vitachem soaked pellets. Once they smash pellets, reintroduce tilapia and shrimp giving them a balanced diet.
 
Here's a 1 week update. I have them eating crushed massivore with vitachem now. A few of the larger ones are taking bits of carnisticks as well.

So do you know what sp of cichla?
