are these colors to exstream?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i would never use any rainbow artificial colors.. Especially red. The red takes away all the attention of everything else. If you had a bright red fish, well the red gravels will defeat that. The red will always be loud in your face

use natural but light colored gravels so they can reflect some light onto the fish too. also easy on your eyes.

The larger one is looking good man

The large one is a gem! In regards to tank deco. to each his own, You're gonna hear as many diferent opinions as there are members on this site. If You know Your fish love it, then nothings wrong. I found this tank on another forum a while ago.

Someone paid Money to have another member design it for them. If the owners happy, I'm happy. I just like to see what others are doing.

The color of a fish's surroundings does affect their color and even mood sometimes I think the yellow may wash out the color a bit but if its a fader it helps in the process. I use blue background and for gravel I use either natural red green or blue or a mix of all of them.

The biggest one is a red head synspillium. Hes gonna get really big so eventually those dividers are gonna need to go down. As for the gravel, i agree with naturals colors stated above but to each is own. Nice fish
