Yeah, I am regretting making a purchase this on this fish. It turned out to be a headache, a waste of time, and money.
I wanted to file a claim, but they will not take my claim until 15 days from the date of purchse.

You may want to look into that!? You can claim you did not receive the fish you paid for. In essence, false advertisement!
 
Yeah, that was my first intention with Platinum Jardini's. There were previous thread that talked about platinum being just regular jardini as they are put back into a normal tank from a white background. Wish you luck i your dispute.
 
ever heard of white tank treatment? aros exposed with extreme white light and have tanks that have white background.. bro go file your dispute.

After I got the fish and the color were darker then the video, thats when I search on here and read that thread. I emailed the thread to the seller but he still thinks that I swapped fish and the thread was not relevant to his fish.

I apologize for poking fun of you earlier Fishnut. I am really sorry that this had happened to you man. I know, if this would've happen to me, I would've been SUPER pissed. I'm really hoping you can get your hard earned money back.
This sucks! I'm having second thoughts about getting anything from here. (-_-)

Not a problem.
This should not deter you from getting anything from here. I've met alot of great people and the transactions were smooth. Its just that no matter how careful you are, there will be something that will happen that will not go your way, but if you have any questions, the forum members here are great and they can help you! I've been in this hobby for a long time but still make mistakes, such as this transaction. I consider it as a learning experience to use my head instead of my emotion.
