Beware of platinum jardini

But i love your tank setting and your discus!

I've used the tank for my super red severum grow-out. Once they get bigger, they will go into a bigger home and it will be just discus, lots of tetras, other small community fish.
Those discus were not cheap, they are mostly albinos.

I would expose the seller on here if he doesn't give your money back (minus the price of an 8" jardini). It's obvious you got a WTT jardini, and he's running you around in circles until you give up.

Yeah it aint right to pay 1500 for a fish that valued about 100 tops for its size. Well I hope that every goes smooth with your dispute. If it were me I would've use my creditcard and dispute the charge on the card because they value your business and always on the consumer side. It worked for me even when the charge I made was non-refundable. Everytime i use paypal, I always use my backup source of my credit card because I know paypal take awhile to go threw their claim. They are like the middle man. Hope this information helps.

I am sorry this happened to you. I recently moved from the New Orleans area to start a PhD in Zoology at Michigan State University. Let me tell you the whole story of this fish. A few of them came in to a LFS that deals in rare predators. They were white when they came in, but were not labeled as platinum from the distributor or from the LFS. They were priced for about 150, not sure what was actually paid for them, buyer likes to haggle. He then turned around and put them up for sale as "Platinum Jardinis." I am sorry that this happened to you. I hope that he comes to his senses and does the right thing. The seller does import and resell on a regular basis, but this was not one of those times.

On a separate note, the tank is very cool. I would love to see some more videos of it.

All transaction should always be looked at as "buyer beware" Putting the seller on blast doesn't help his situation.
