Instead of doing a 70 percent water change when im ready to put fish in to get rid of nitrites and stuff, can i just dose prime?? it's hard to add so much water at once..

You can but you'd have to change the water as prone breaks it down

It clumps all the bad stuff together and breaks it down so that the Beneficial bacteria or BB can detoxify and feed on it.

what do you mean?
there should be no nitrites when you add your fish, if there is, your tank is not cycled and is not ready for fish. nitrites are very toxic for fish.
and no, prime does not eliminate the need for water changes.
You should be adding the prime along with water changes.
