Those in the bait store are bullhead catfish. Kind of similar looking, but much smaller.

It is far from trivial. You better let someone from your LFS or a pond shop help you with that. You will need an oxygen tank anyway and those two are usually the best sources. We can tell you what to do too but that's more risk.
