Your nitrites should read 0 and your nitrates are a bit high. You should do a water change (25-50%).
Your water is deadly.
Nitrite should be 0.
Nitrate should be < 50.
So you'll have to do 50% water change, twice in a row.
200 * 0.5 = 100.
100 * 0.5 = 50.

Get up on those water changes! I gotta do mine tonight! Set up a calendar reminder on your smart phone, 25% once a week at least!
