WOW! They all look beautiful! Would love to own one someday but seeing how my biggest tank is a 180 gal. I need a serious upgrade. What do guys think the minimum size tank you could house one of these guys comfortably for their whole life?

my guy.. he's grown a bit since that picture was taken but his in a friends tank for now.. maybe 14-15" by now..
They get to 3 feet but not very active, I would say something with a foot print of 8X4 could house one for life?
Probley my fave catfish! i love the tigs with the perfect cross the body lines! Can i ask you guys who no about tigs! are these the true wild fish? as most tigs know have lines that are not lines! and seem very pale" and the blue/purple on the gill plate is almost not there!
there are catfish known as false tigs or jurneese catfish. i'm not sure if that is what your refering to. i also believe that there may be a couple different types of tigs too. ones that have the straight barring and ones that have a different angled barring.
Very nice. My azul ate my juruenese and I plan to replace him in different tank w/ a baby tig.

dude that sucks. pretty expensive diner... lol. i think most of us have had some pricey fish eaten at one point or another. (just trying to make ya feel better)
