I agree with Nate Dogg. Although I don't agree with it, legally, I don't see anything wrong. The camera was in a common area, not a bathroom and it was his own house. No different than a Nanny Cam. I do understand the wife's dismay though.
 
^ lol, Being a PCA, I always wondered if the agencies bugged the clients' house for safety/security purposes. Don't know how legal it would be but....always did wonder....
 
Well I'd be hurt and offended it my hubby was creepin on me. I mean, where's the trust? If you can't trust the person, why are you in a relationship?

Could be the trust was violated in some way during the relationship.

Are there any actual legal implications of doing this to your spouse or partner in the home you both live in?

I cant see how there would be.
