Sent you a pm. But no its my saltwater tessellata moray. Probably my favorite of all my fish.

I thought it was ur armatus!

Lol the topic is yes, he was just asking about my avatar lol my morays give me no troubles when it comes to feeding. But my armatus on the other hand *face-palm* still doesnt want to eat. Hoping ill crack the little guy today before I do lol

Good news, I tossed in some talapia this morning and he ate it. He watched it as it sank, circled it a bit then picked it up off the bottom and ate. I didn't think he would do gthis as the first time he ate for me the food was floating around in the current.

it's just new to it's environment. My armatus was super skittish for the first 10 days in it's new tank. Once it eats fillets, it'll eat it again. Just make sure the fillets are bite size and small so it won't scare the armatus. If it doesn't eat, starve it for another day. Make sure the fillet is dropped right under neith the armatus

He seems settled in now, hes actualy out roaming the tank, still fights his own reflection smetimes. Is this normal for these types of fish? Iv seen many pics of peoples developing "nose rub". Anywhoo he ate about 5 to 6 bite sized pieces of talapia last night. Hes not picky about picking it up off the ground either, almost seems like the armatus preferres it that way.

Im just happy he adjusted well, and is now on the right track to becomming a fish i will enjoy for years to come. Thanks for all your input guys, I will upload some pics later when im off work. Kinda hiding in the lunch room right now lol
