50% every monday on both tanks. I was doing smaller changes twice a week but much easier on me and my fish only doing it once. But they seem to be getting more used to it being done now. I also vacuum with each water change as well, having plecos and a lacefin catfish, there is a lot poop.
Good for you. it takes a bigger person to apologize then to just blow it off. On the subject regarding what you were talking about though, you were not 100 percent wrong, and not 100 percent right. They're just too many variables, and everybody does everything different.

Glad you realized. Some of the worlds most exotic and beautiful fish are on mfk, that alone should tell you something! A lot of these world class rays, discus and cichlids are on drips, which is constant fresh treated water, low n03+good diet and lots of space equals stunners.
