Its cool you got a fertile male from cj. the fertility rate is 50/50 i believe. what are you doing with all the fry as they get older?

Not sure yet. I can trade them at local pet shops but was going to possibly put some up on here first after I pick a couple to keep.

What is the male? A " blue pearl"? He is lovely.

Here's some more. There's one I couldn't get a pic of but I'm hoping is a lyre-tail.. :)

So I know it's blurry but I've been watching this one and this is the best I could get cause it is very active. It looks similar to a half black angelfish. (black tail)

This is one that has the flower line but has always had a yellow/gold color to it. So it is a similar color to the ones that are fading but I never saw it go through a fading stage.

Really interested to see what these barred ones turn out like. Would it be normal for there to be barred fry from a normal Texas or is it just cause these are hybrids?

So fat like a pregnant guppy.

Another of the yellow/golds that seem to have hatched that way.

There's a couple that seem to have a copper/gold tone to their heads.
