Guys im a total noob when it comes to pumps / sumps / over flows, or whatever the proper term is.

Here's the deal, I bought a 120 gal off someone at work, and they gave me all this. I had no idea it was a drilled tank with these filters. So what is it, and how can I find instructions on how to use them? Any help would be awesome, I know nothing about these filters.

Looks like it was a saltwater tank. First pic is a sump, second is a protein skimmer, third pic are pumps and a powerhead.

yes, rinse filters real well ,with water and a little bit of vinegar......including powerhead and pumps....

Okay so I browsed through those stickies and didnt quite find my exact needs, but have a rought idea of how they work. Is it correct that a sump (which is what i was told that is) simply works off gravity? I am a total noob when it comes to this, so i have no idea. Will I need both of the over flows built into the tank in order to run one sump? Im assuming the water has to come back in some how LOL. Ill browse through google as well, but in the mean time, any help you guys can provide would be great!

Also, any idea how many GPH that sump is?
