CM Punk Attacks Fan, Not Staged

I so wish I could watch the video. Punk is one of my favorite wrestlers. I would be disappointed if he was fired or had his title stripped and given to cena cause of this.

Duh its all an act. Some wrestlers do really fight though. You can easily see the real hits from the fakes.

The guy he hit was obviously the wrong guy. That guy was putting on his glasses when someone from behind him reached from under his arm hit CM Punk. Regardless it was an assault that was unprovoked by that person. That guy should receive some compensation and not some bull**** tickets to another event

The person in question look like he was shoved into Punk, and then had his arms raised and as he lowered them, he kind of slapped Punk on his head. Punk probably attacked him thinking the fan was trying to get a sucker punch in. I'm not defending what Punk did, but these guys are highly strung during the show and with all those fans and hecklers around, it's hard not to assume that everyone wants to hurt you especially if you're a heel at the moment.

Just read that the fan might sue. First he wasn't going to sue, but I'm sure a bunch of money hungry lawyers, friends, and family have been in his head since the incident. So now he might.

I hear ya but its still bs. You can't run into the fans and not expect to get mobbed or touched.

And the video clearly shows the guy (black shirt) that gets hit by punk didn't tap punk in the head. There's a guy in a white shirt who comes behind the black shirt that gives punk the middle finger then pushes his head. That's when punk turns and strikes the guy right behind him (guy with black shirt) while the guy in the white shirt disappears.

Punk got shoved good twice before he lashed out though so I can see his frustration. But damn right the guy that got hit should sue. His friends/family should urge him to IMO. It's not all about the money, it's the principle. You attack someone, you get the repercussions
