Here's a SS of a phone call i made the day before the email. Unfortunately, I did not tape our 30 second conversation.
The gist of it:
Chee: Are the Azuls Wild Caught?
Wes: Yes
I wanted to know from where, so I emailed him the next day.

So after i confirmed they were wild caught, i preceded to send the payment via paypal. Then the next day I was also interested in collection point, thus the email.

As for the pinima comment. If I am wrong I will apologize. From my point of view I saw Hulon with 1 pinima originally, and then on his update last week he had 3. Can't blame me for being a little suspicious. 1+2 does equal 3 after all. If you check the thread, Tydus also noticed the same thing.
 
The reason why I will fight this till the end is because I'm not at fault at all for selling them as cichla sp. "sao francisco" possible hybrid kelberi x piquti I'm defending my practice, and reputation.

However the people throwing rocks at me, you're not only making a fool out of yourself, alienating yourself from the mature people and cutting your supplies. Good for me, easier to decide who not to sell to.

To: Gangster I have not sold you any of these fish, nor did I offer to sell them to you. You've texted me around this time about oscars, and I didn't reply, nor did I try to sell you any peacock bass right? So I never ripped you off, and you know that. There is no reason for you to jump on the band wagon of bashing, it only shows your character, well I guess you know who you are.

Chizzel: I'm still waiting for a reply from you. You were happy with the cichla piquti you received right? I had to hold them for you for several more days to get your order straight, and you got the fish as promised and you were happy right? As for your accusation of me selling pinima under you, you are dead wrong, you can txt or email Hulon, he got his before anyone else. The ones you wanted are still in my tank, so if you're are a man then you should probably take back what you say.

Darboy, not sure why you're keep threatening me, saying that you're going to expose me, like I'm an international scam artist. Geeze. Even if I did mislead people, by making my new cichla sp. sound more exciting, I'm definitly not the first out of the thousands that do that, and I did not say they were wild, again! Please check your facts. Its not like I'm making out like a bandit, selling them as fogo peacock bass for $500 dollars each right? Is anyone unhappy with their purchase? Maybe I can give them a refund and sell the fish to someone that likes it. I have reasonable suspicion that your fish and mine are the same. If not, if in fact your fish are wild, then what specie may it be? And if mine grow up to be like yours what specie does that make mine?

Others who supported me now, or in the past, you know I'm a fair guy, not all that greedy. I'm pretty consciencious about my hobby and business. I will admit it when I'm dead wrong, and I'm willing to accpet mistakes. I give out discounts without people even asking. At first this was just fun and game, but people calling me weasel and such, irritates me a bit...

so we are talking about the cichla sp. here, not the azuls. I still believe that the azuls are wild, they are all raised somewhere down in Brazil, and shipped out from several suppliers, that's why they are available yearly. So you are unfortunately a bit wrong again. i did not get them direct however, I got them from my supplier in Asia. People say they've seen captive bred in asia, I have not.

and it was uncalled for, for your comment calling me a weasel. shows your maturity level, before having your facts straight. now this is 2 strike for you. Have I called you any names yet?

Chizzel, I thought I had sold you a cichla sp. and told you it was wild, so I stand behind my words, I have not said to one person that its wild. as for the azul, I can still say its wild, I have never been told, not once that these are not wild. hence the price tag of getting them.

I did reply, had to come home from an HONEST day's work. As stated above, I will apologize if Hulon would kindly post photos of when he first received his 3 pinima and if you would make a video of your 2 pinima focusing on the hith of the one that has it.
 
now that is a low blow, when you highlight HONEST, so you're saying I'm not honest? Where do you get off? and remember the fish you got were azuls, wild or captive bred you would never, not in a life time be able to tell the difference if they were wild or c.b., and I swear on my cock that I was never told if they're wild or captive bred. My impression is that they're all bred in Brazil, and shipped out, they're kept by pens by the river in various states in Brazil.

As for Hulon's fish, first I refunded you immediately the same day, even though it took paypal a few more days to clear it. 2nd, when Hulon wakes up from his honest days of work, he can post. He is the one that tipped me in on them, from Germany the fish came, and he told me how many he wanted the day I got them, I'll post a screen shot of the conversation to prove you wrong, and you owe me an apology like a honest man would.
