Where can I get a latex spray background?

I recalled there was a type of background people spray into glass tank to make a background all black. The texture feels like latex. Do you guys know where I can get this?

are you going for that texture/finish? Just use krylon fusion? you can roll or spray on latex paints

I saw someone with a painted background on a glass tank. It can be peel off as a whole sheets. I am not sure if its latex or glue. I see marine aquarists use this type of background cover often.

You can use spray rubber. It's called Plasti-dip and you can get it at any Home Depot.

just the outside like the back of the tank. I like rubber paint cuz it's easier to remove

Yep. Its actually an acrylic based rubber.
