After reading up to page 11, ive concluded to the fact that Wes is reputable and a mature person. I dont see why people are bashing him about cb or wc when he never stated the 100% guarantee on it. ive been reading his threads with fish for sale and I didnt see him change anything to ensure his safety as a vendor. if theres miscommunication take the time and give him time to elaborate his statement before accusing him as a con artist. in the end we all have passion n love for our fish and theres a good and bad in all of us that we fight in our daily lives. its a battle we fight together.

prayer goes out to the exporters making sure to.label them right!

Also, if I'm not mistaken, Wes was the first person to bring in Brokos, bahias and rio negros right?

Mean cuz the only thing stopping from getting an azul is their potential size. For me I'm just sticking with kels and if I could get my hands on some xingus :drool: lol
 
Yeah, this female is about 18-20" and almost 5 years young. The male that we got from Rapps is pushing 24" and only 3-4 years old.

I love the colors on this girl, but Kelberis are my cup o'soup.

you should be proud of me and that fish. I hand picked it from a famous store in Osaka, met the guy Takano famous iconic fisherman that catches all the huge peacock bass, and aimara. Brought those back as a checked in lugage., however I was finned over $600.00 for not declaring it at the customs, even though I had a license for import. They said I need to get clearance and confirmation on import within the 48 hours, and I told them I was on the plane, and they didn't care. They told me, who brings fish in via passenger planes....needless to say it was a losing battle with them, I paid additional $600 dollars on them.

And now I know the complete history of this Azul. Thanks for bring these/this bass in. By far the best looking Azul I have ever owned and seen.

How many did you bring in? I had two, but one died.
