My friend went to the lfs and saw this ansorgii. According to experts, the small ansorgiis that are popping up in lfs are most likely a hybrid between an endli and ansorgii. But I'm making sure so please help if you can. Thanks in advance.

100% Ansorgii X Endlicher.

Apart from the traits such as head shape, snout and body patterning/marking, the easiest way is that any small Ansorgii at present is a hybrid.
The only other bred Ansorgii were the PURE F1 Kamihata breeds that are no longer being bred as "PURE".

Those F1 Kamihata are all grown up now, leaving only Japanese, Indonesian and Thai Ansorgii X Endlicher hybrids. (flooded the market now)
