SO MUCH RAGE!!!!!!!!!!
I've been excited about this LED and I decided to order one for my 20G long cichlids tank. The Ebay seller is TopDogSellers. The box has a hole punctured, LED housing broke off a big piece, acrylic guard got crack all over. WTF?? They did not even ship with a box and proper cushioning. Wow.

I ran one for about six months, and one day the power supply began to smoke and make a popping noise. I've searched all over and cannot find any info about the manufacturer. Anyone have any leads on getting a replacement? Or is there anyone with a defunct unit willing to sell me theirs?

Purchased many many times from that seller. That's how they ship the lights. I have purchased 6 of them lights of different sizes some 1w and 3w. Just message them they are really good about sending new replacement. Don't go all wild on them by leaving negative feedback it was mishandled by shipper not them.

I filed a UPS claim first and contact them after. They said I should have go through them n not UPS. Now we're waiting for the claim. I hope this issue will be resolved.

You are right. They offered me a replacement and the 2nd one arrived safely. I got mixed feelings about their packaging but Beamswork LED is great for the money.
 
So I have three of these Beamworks lights. A 24" on my 54g column (30x18x24) which light up nicely and am very happy with. Then I have two 36" ones on my 210g (72x24x29) which I am not super happy with. Why because one is visibly brighter than the other. I have switched side and transformers and they are not the same. I will live with it because of the savings in electrical cost since they replaced T5 HO fixtures.
