Very small red worm in my tank

i hv a 7inch asian aro n a pleco in my tank. i jz noticed there's a vry small red worm at the bottom of my tank. its smaller than a mealworm. is this a parasite? i dont knw which of my fish poop tis out tho.

probably just a harmless bloodworm

i have never fed my aro bloodworms before though. and yeah its way smaller than a bloodworm
