wouldn't releasing the fart-gas (which is lighter than air) actually make you weigh more... New Diet Fad, hold in your farts!!
 
Just like how a helium tank gets lighter as you empty it, its the total weight of whats inside vs the volume. Technically I think, adding a fart to someone makes them LESS buoyant since their volume doesnt change but they are heavier by 1 fart. Anyhow, wouldnt burning fat be the healthy way to lose weight?

But people aren't rigid like a helium tank, rather they have flexible walls (at least the one who would benefit from such a BS philosophy), therefore increased volume at the same (relatively) mass would indeed increase buoyancy...

Im not convinced that people inflate enough to offset the weight, but we're really splitting hairs here. One thing I think we can agree on is if you weighed your daily outgassing it would probably be negligible and doesnt excuse these people nor thier existance

I disagree, the guy who invented the reality TV is a ****ing genius. He found a way to literally profit on perpetual stupidity. Stupid people watch shows about stupid people who barely get paid to be on the show because their so stupid
