A little update guys. She has gotten worse. Colors have faded and PraziPro has not worked. I have tried to use the epsom salt solution in the sticky posted by RD, but she is not accepting pellets and I currently don't have any pipettes to force feed. I just got some metronidazole in the mail. Not the route I wanted to go, but looks as if I don't have a choice. I'm really hoping the metro turns things around.

That's a prolapse, I know you mentioned that you've tried soaking food in Epsom salt solution and the fish is not eating, have you tried treating the entire tank?

Yes. The whole tank is currently being treated with metro. Are you talking about treating the whole tank with Epsom salt?

Yea run a cycle of metro if you already started it and if that doesn't work try daily 20% wc with a dose of Epsom salt for the entire tank.
